Return & Refund Policy

At The Nature Mist, we strive to provide the best natural hair care products that deliver real results. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and fair process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products (such as shampoos, hair serum, hair masks, and hair mist) are non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used hair care products.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted products under clearance sales.
- International orders (due to customs and shipping restrictions).
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or digital wallet).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
4. Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged only if they are:
- Defective,
- Damaged during shipping, or incorrectly delivered.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or wrong.
- In case of defective or damaged items, We will cover return shipping charges.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted, However, you may apply for a return after delivery under the terms of this policy.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
- We may request photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product for verification.
8. Important Notes
- Always perform a patch test before using any hair care product to avoid allergic reactions.
- Refund approvals are subject to inspection and verification by The Nature Mist team.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if the product shows signs of use, tampering, or misuse.
