Shipping Policy

At The Nature Mist, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your products.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Availability

We currently offer nationwide shipping only within Pakistan.
International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Shipping Methods, Delivery Time & Charges

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Shipping charges depend on your location and will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
  • Additional fees may apply for remote or out-of-service areas.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your order through the courier’s official website.


5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, active phone number, and valid email address at the time of placing the order.
  • If an order is returned due to any of the following reasons:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
    • Failed delivery attempts by the courier
    • Refusal to accept delivery

The customer will be responsible for all re-shipping charges.

  • If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund may be issued for the product cost only, excluding the original shipping fee.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, The Nature Mist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Customers are advised to provide a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the package.
  • In case of loss or theft after delivery confirmation, customers should contact the courier directly to file a claim.
  • We will assist by providing tracking details and courier contact information but cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that are confirmed delivered by the courier.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@thenaturemist.com.
  • We will investigate the issue with the courier and may provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Customers must notify us of any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a claim.
